About Antoinette
For more than 15 years, I've partnered with leaders to solve complex people challenges and build organizations where both people and businesses can thrive.
My career began as an HR Generalist supporting frontline teams and manufacturing operations, where I learned that people strategies only matter when they drive real business results. Since then, I've held various HR and people development leadership roles spanning research & development, manufacturing, supply chain, corporate, and commercial organizations — including L'Oréal USA, Schindler Elevator, and Evonik.
That experience sitting alongside business leaders taught me that capability building isn't just about training — it's about solving business problems, strengthening leadership, and creating the conditions for sustainable growth. It also gave me a front-row seat to something I don't think gets said enough: there's often a real gap between what organizations promise their people through development and culture, and what employees actually experience day to day. Closing that gap is the work I care most about.
My experience spans leadership development, learning strategy, talent management, change management, employee relations, and HR business partnership. Whether I'm facilitating a workshop, designing a learning experience, or advising leaders through transformation, my focus stays the same: turning people challenges into business results.
I hold a Master's degree from Cornell University, a Bachelor's degree from Temple University, and certifications including SHRM-SCP and Prosci Change Management.
Most importantly, I believe leadership is deeply human. The strongest organizations are built when people feel equipped, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
Beyond the Office
When I'm not partnering with leaders and teams, you'll likely find me spending time with my husband and three boys, tackling a DIY project, or crocheting something new. I believe success should create space for a meaningful life, not compete with it.
